MESDA Craftsman Database

The MESDA Craftsman Database is a collection of primary source information on nearly 80,000 artisans practicing 127 trades in the early South.  The MESDA Research Center has partnered with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Carolina Digital Libraries and Archives to digitize the Craftsman Database.  Soon patrons will be able to access this valuable resource online.  An index of the MESDA Craftsman Database can be launched in a new window by following the link below.
